The U 862 (180' x 60' x 12'6") was launched in early March at McDonough Marine Service's Hero Cut fleet in Belle Chasse, LA. It is designed with 36" spud wells and will accommodate up to 300 ton crane. We have 50' and 80' spuds fabricated for this barge.
